In response to the Lebanese army's decision to revoke government measures against Hezbollah, the Shi'ite militants say they will withdraw their forces from west Beirut.
Tuesday's government decision to launch an judicial investigation into a Hezbollah communications network led to fierce fighting between the Shi'ite militants and government forces.
According to the Western-backed government, Hezbollah's communications network at the airport is illegal and a threat to state security.
The Lebanese army has announced that the head of airport security, who was dismissed, will remain at his post while the army investigates Hezbollah's communications network.
Druze leader Walid Jumblatt said that if the army decides that Hezbollah's controversial communications network at Beirut airport is a 'key element to protect Hezbollah leaders from Israel, then we are ready to accept it.'
So far at least 25 people have been killed and 60 injured in the fighting.
Hezbollah seized control of west Beirut on Friday.

It’s discomfiting to see the west having a hand in unrests everywhere around the globe. Playing at being God for more than half a century,makes them think they are God and can do what they like. If there’s a real God,I hope He realises it’s time to get america down to earth. Maybe,now is the start of the decline of usa.

Lebanese people of all political factions must unite for better lebanon. Keep the peace since there is ceasefire in lebanon now. All actions for pro-peace in lebanon must go higher.

Hezbollah is regrouping and stocking weapons,rocket,ammo.men,money and supplies for a big push. I am very sure theyt will taking over Lebanon forever and be like Iran. So watch out Lebanese your head of states will nbe a mullah. It will be a Islamic states in the Med.sea.
